Hi. I'm Josh.
That is my quirky copywriter picture.

To be honest, writing this part of my site stresses me out. The case studies? That’s easy. But the About page? That’s a lot of pressure. It has to be professional but not so professional I seem stuffy. Quirky but not so quirky I seem juvenile. And of course, it helps if I have a truly unique passion like restoring old typewriters or writing my novel.

I’m not going to write any of that.

I’m just going to tell you one really simple thing about me: I really really like good copy. Punny taglines, well-edited :30s, conversational onboarding flows, dynamic dashboards, concise educational tooltips, a good tweet. If it has words and solves a business or user problem, I’m into it.

I used to be called a copywriter. Then a UX Writer. And now I think the term is Content Designer. To be honest, you can call me whatever. Just know that I’m a guy who loves solving problems, writing great copy, and also wore a coonskin cap one time.
